Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid

Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid is a neurotransmitter with central nervous system (CNS) inhibitory activity. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), converted from the principal excitatory neurotransmitter glutamate in the brain, plays a role in regulating neuronal excitability by binding to its receptors, GABA-A and GABA-B, and thereby causing ion channel opening, hyperpolarization and eventually inhibition of neurotransmission. GABA acts to slow down signals between neurons, making neurons less electrically excitable.

Grape Seed Extract

Similar to L-citrulline, grape seed extract is used to increase nitric oxide production to help GABA pass across the blood-brain barrier and enter the brain.*

L-Citrulline

An amino acid found in foods like watermelon, dairy, beef and pork. L-Citrulline is converted into L-arginine, a known nitric oxide booster, which is theorized to help shuttle GABA into the brain across the blood-brain barrier.

Rosemary Leaf Extract

Found in rosemary, sage, mint and basil, rosmarinic acid is a polyphenol flavonoid. It is also found in lemon balm and is used in aromatherapy to encourage feelings of calm and relaxation.

Magnesium Glycinate

Glycine is an amino acid, attached to the magnesium molecule in magnesium glycinate. This is one of the highest quality forms of magnesium available. The magnesium in magnesium glycinate may support relaxation.*

Magnesium-L-Threonate

Magtein™ is a patented form of magnesium-l-threonate. Developed by researchers at MIT, this unique ingredient is unlike any form of magnesium on the market. Magnesium Taurate

Magnesium taurate is the third form of magnesium inside MagTech®. Similar to glycine, taurine is also an amino acid. How To Use

x5 servings in each bottle (4 total bottles)

Each bottle in the stack contains 5 servings. The smaller portions are ideal if you are trying our products for the first time or if you need a smaller bottle for travel.

Take up to 3 capsules/day as needed preferably in the evening or as directed by your healthcare provider.
