Shipping policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For international orders shipped outside the United States: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or additional shipping/handling cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Same Day Shipping: 

Orders placed before 8 a.m. PT (10 a.m. CT; 11 a.m. ET) on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after 8 a.m. PT will ship the following business day. Occasionally, processing times may vary based on peak  product availability and special promotions.   

United States:

Free Standard Shipping applies only to orders over $60, shipped within the U.S. In addition, we offer multiple competitive shipping options:

*UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays within their delivery time. USPS does count Saturdays for delivery to most areas but does not count Sundays or federal holidays. Estimated days for delivery are also not guaranteed.

PO Box and APO (Military) Addresses:
For all orders shipping to a PO Box or APO address, please choose either Free Shipping or USPS Priority Mail only. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes nor military addresses. Our fulfillment team will select an alternative shipping method when an address contains a PO Box and UPS shipping services are selected. 

When shipping to a military address, use the recipient’s full name and rank and DO NOT include city or country name. Must also include the unit/CMR/PSC number, the APO/FPO/DPO box number, the APO/FPO/DPO designation, the AA/AE/AP region and Zip Code.

*International shipping rates cover shipping only. You are responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes incurred during delivery. 

Orders placed using Canada Standard Shipping will ship via USPS or UPS, using the most economical method. Orders placed using International Express Shipping will ship via UPS. If you prefer your order to be shipped using a specific carrier, please select an alternate from available options. 

Please note that delays in delivery may occur if a package is randomly selected by the destination country’s customs department or agency for inspection. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of an order into any country. We do not profit from these charges, and we work closely with brokers and carriers to try and avoid delays.
